Intro to Wood Turning on a Lathe - Candlestick Holder

Instructor:  Robert Langford

In this 3 hour “hands on” class you will learn all the basics of wood turning on a lathe.

You will complete, start to finish, your very own oak candlestick holder.

This class covers all aspects of wood turning - Lathe Tools and Chisels, Lathe Operation, tool rest adjustment, sanding and finishing.

This class also qualifies members to be “signed off” for using the Yakima Maker Space Lathe.

You will gain the skills necessary to make these all on your own.

These make great gift ideas or products for sale.

Hardwoods may vary from image.

All materials included in the cost of the class.
